Martin is a former Headteacher and a highly sought-after Leadership Expert.

 

He is regarded as a ‘Black Belt’ of Teaching and Training and manages to bridge the gap between Research and Practice. His highly engaging style leads to repeat bookings and incredibly positive feedback. He continues to work on Visible Learning+, Middle Leaders, Osiris Teaching Intervention, Developing SOLO Taxonomy as well as being trained to deliver Excellence through Leadership of Learning.

 

Recently he has worked with a large Academy Trust and delivered training, video analysis and coaching to teachers of varying experience and expertise. He works with schools to develop bespoke school improvement processes grounded in effective systems and processes.

 

Martin has worked with and provided training to large organisations such as Multi-Academy Trusts, Local Government, NAHT (Wales) and ERW (Wales Regional Consortium).
